I've been wanting to do this for years and finally we are ready to take your custom badge orders. With over 20 years of graphic design experience I can take your idea and make it reality. For years we have had some of the nicest and highest quality decals on the market but I have always wanted to make something a little nicer for the cars and bikes. Our new services at Backwoods Fabrications now include concept design, 3D modeling, CAD, CNC machining, 3D Scanning, powder coating, painting and other finishes. All Emblems are machined from a solid high grade block of T-6061 billet aluminum. Once the machining is complete your badge will be hand finished to make your concept become a reality.

Our products are 100% American Made in the Backwoods of Mid-Michigan.

Custom Badge Quote

Custom designs are priced at $45 per hour, based on the estimated completion time. This rate covers the creation of concept art, 3D CAD renderings, and CNC machine programming. Once your order is placed, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the final design before it proceeds to production.
