This is our aluminum passenger side cup holder replacement arm for your kappa. CNC-machined out of T6061 billet aluminum and powder coated for a long lasting finish. While designing this I started with the same design as the OEM arm and I noticed several issues with the OEM arm that would cause resistance and stress on the arm itself at various stages between fully open and closed. After inspecting the movement of the OEM arm and the 15 years of wear and stress cracks, trying out about 5 different prototypes I was able to come up with new geometry that landed on an extremely durable arm that will not break and has less resistance at various stages of opening and closing coupled with the additional protection of powder coating. Each arm is machined by myself in the backwoods of Mid-Michigan. If you're looking to keep you car with that factory look and have something that lasts this is the piece you need!
